Delivery Information

Virus Update

We are still open for online shopping and deliveries. We are dispatching Monday - Friday.

Please note our team of 5 had been reduced to 2 as a safety precaution, so our usual 1 working day shipping is taking 2 working days. 

Courier deliveries take 1-2 working days after dispatch, and Royal Mail is slower at the moment. First-class use to take 1-2 days, but now expect it to take 2-7 days.

 While social distancing is in place our retail store is closed. Sorry, but it is the best way of stopping the virus from spreading. Collections will only be allowed when the store reopens.

 We are keeping the highest levels of hygiene cleaning our work areas multiple times a day with disinfectant and washing our hands a lot.

Tabletop Tyrant aims to have all orders dispatched within 1 working days of payment. However, this can take longer in some rare cases.

Please bear in mind though that we do not control the postal system and so your order may in some circumstances take up to 5 to 7 working days to reach you. 

Courier Service Delivery Time: 1 Working day to the mainland UK. 2-3 days to the highlands, Northern Ireland and the channel islands. 

Our next working day delivery cut off time is 11 am

Orders placed after 11 am on a Friday will ship on the next Monday. 

Royal Mail Special Delivery Time: 1 Working Day

Royal Mail 1st Class: Standard Delivery Time: 1-2 days. 

Royal Mail 2nd Class: Standard Delivery Time: 2-4 days. 

Tracked Courier Delivery: 1-4 days.

Royal Mail Airmail: Standard Delivery Time: 1-7 days. 


If you are unfortunate enough not to receive your ordered goods within 20 working days (which is the period that Royal Mail allows before it is declared as lost) Please call your local sorting office, as 95% of delayed items end up being held at local sorting offices because of a failed deliveries. If nothing is found then please e-mail us and we will arrange for a reimbursement or for a replacement to be sent to you after completion of the claims procedure. If you have had problems receiving goods we reserve the right to only send future orders based on Recorded post to help guarantee that items do reach you safely.

Returned to Sender

Items that are returned to Gifts For Geeks because they are not collected or claimed by the intended recipient can be reissued for an additional postage fee. Alternatively, your order can be refunded minus our postage costs.
